I was looking for a (buyer type company) to just buy my brownstone condo downtown. Bob explained how they would take tens of thousands from the equity I had built over the years. To say I was skeptical is an understatement. Bob did what he said he would do. Somehow creating a competitive environment for my home when the Minneapolis downtown market was very slow.
